Nah, I think that is an R8 V10+2 engine. You can tell by the plastic and engine ahead axle, as per Audi specs

It was the prototype Cameri. V12 mid engine. When Toyodar decided to go with the front mounted I4 they renamed it the Camry so as to avoid confusion

I'm going with the 1-liter EcoBoost. The rest is a metal shop project. Clever of them to hide it like that, though.
